Supported files are read in your browser to extract text. Original files are not uploaded by the document-reading step. You can inspect the extracted text and correct its role before requesting analysis.
Workspace projects and the material set being prepared for an assessment are stored in the current browser. They do not automatically synchronize across devices. Clearing browser data, changing browser profiles or moving to another site address can make that local work unavailable.
Keep your own original files and download important outputs. A local project or report export is not a patent filing.
When text leaves the browser
- Preparing material
- Typing, editing and local file reading do not themselves request an AI analysis.
- Discrete assessment
- Extracted text is sent to the server for validation at checkout. After verified payment, it is sent to the configured AI provider for the assessment. The resulting report is stored with the order.
- Workspace analysis
- When you explicitly request a permitted AI operation, the selected source text and relevant instructions are sent for processing. An analysis request is separate from ordinary local editing. Workspace projects are not automatically synchronized to a cloud account.
Submit only material you are authorized to share. Browser-side file reading does not mean the entire analysis is local. This page makes no promise of zero retention, a particular processing region or that data is excluded from provider training.
Any confidentiality, provider-retention or data-residency requirements need to be confirmed for the proposed engagement before you share material subject to those requirements.
Order access and removing local material
Assessment access is tied to the browser used for the order. The current flow has no account-based or email recovery. Keep the same browser profile and order reference, and download the report when it is ready.
Removing the browser’s saved assessment clears its local text, consent and saved order reference. It does not cancel or refund a payment, and it is not a request to delete a server-side order or report.
What automated review cannot establish
- Whether a source statement is true, complete or experimentally verified.
- Whether a proposed interpretation or agency explanation is legally correct.
- Patentability, freedom to operate, filing readiness or guaranteed protection.
- Agency intent, professional negligence, overbilling or money wasted.
- The contents of missing prior-art documents, unreadable scans or unprocessed drawings.
Current assessments use supplied readable text. They do not independently search patent databases. Exact quotation checks locate text; they do not validate the meaning of an AI-generated conclusion.
A report can contain no supported findings, preserve an agency’s choice or identify missing evidence. Acceptance, revision, payment decisions and filing remain decisions for the owner and appropriate human advisers.
How to interpret the examples
The sample report is synthetic and prewritten. Its downloads retain that notice. It demonstrates report structure and source references, not a measured result or a real customer assessment.
The recorded demonstration uses historical public material and shows actual execution with waiting periods and manual operations cut. It does not establish reliability on a new matter, customer outcomes or willingness to pay.
Invenward does not present customer logos, accuracy rates, savings figures or security certifications without supporting evidence. An enterprise proposal is not a delivered engagement or an agreed security commitment.
