Proposed team programmes
Start with a bounded review need. Broader programmes require evidence that a recurring team workflow adds value beyond individual reports.
- Scoped pilot US$15,000
- Six weeks, one team, up to eight fixed material versions. Proposed acceptance criteria, source conventions and a review of pilot outcomes.
- Annual framework US$60,000
- Twelve months, one business unit, up to forty fixed material versions. Proposed recurring review and decision-history workflow, subject to a successful pilot.
- Custom enterprise project US$500,000 starting
- Six to twelve months, priced by agreed scope and milestones. Any integrations, security controls and deployment model need feasibility review before commitment. This is not an annual subscription.
All three are proposed programmes, not open for purchase. Capacity, responsibilities, data handling and acceptance must be agreed in writing. Team access, integrations and service levels are not included in the current single-report assessment.
Patent owners review outside agency work. Agencies may explore internal delivery QA; that work must be identified as agency-side review and cannot be presented as an independent assessment for the owner.
