Invenward

Review your patent agency’s draft before approval.

Invenward compares your technical material with a supplied patent application draft. The report links differences to source passages and records questions, possible explanations and missing evidence.

For patent owners, founders and inventors responsible for accepting agency work.

You provide
Original material, an agency draft and any supporting evidence
You receive
An assessment report, with Word and Markdown downloads
You decide
Which questions to raise and which explanations to accept

Synthetic, prewritten report excerpt
Inventor’s original notesParagraph 3

The prototype takes one moisture reading every 30 seconds while powered. It does not measure continuously.

Received application draftParagraph 3

In the described embodiment, the sensor continuously measures soil moisture during operation.

Question for the agency

Should this embodiment describe 30-second sampling, or is continuous measurement a separate intended implementation?

Keep the alternative open

The draft may describe an intended alternative implementation. The original notes do not confirm that alternative.

Fictional materials. No customer assessment or AI generation. Source references locate text; they do not verify a conclusion.

Check the deliverable against the original record.

Use a review when you have received an application draft and need to check whether its mechanisms, operating conditions and terminology reflect the material you supplied.

A difference is a reason to investigate. The report can retain an agency’s wording, identify an open question or say that the evidence is insufficient. It does not infer that the agency made a mistake.

How the assessment works

The discrete assessment covers one supplied material set and one report. Its findings remain tied to the source version reviewed.

  1. Check the source text

Supply original notes and the agency’s combined specification and claims. Inspect extracted text and source roles before submitting.

  2. Build the technical record

The first analysis organizes the original material into stated facts, mechanisms and unknowns without using the agency draft as its baseline.

  3. Compare the delivered draft

The second analysis checks the draft against that record and supplied evidence. Questions include source passages and alternative explanations.

  4. Read and download

Review the report, including supported choices and evidence gaps. Download the result and decide what needs discussion with your agency.

Watch a recorded public-material review

Actual execution using historical public documents. The recording demonstrates the workflow; it does not establish assessment accuracy or customer results.

Enterprise review scope

Define an enterprise engagement around the work you need to inspect, the evidence your team can supply and the decision that comes next.

What the report contains

See supported choices alongside points that need explanation. Assessing service against its fee also requires the agreed scope, deliverables and billing milestones.

Which patent-service decisions can the workspace support?
Before accepting an application draft
Compare supplied original material, the agency’s draft and supplied search evidence. The discrete assessment covers this task with one report.
Before commissioning a search or FTO engagement
Review supplied product or technical material and the proposed service scope. Active patent searching and FTO opinions are not provided.
After your agency answers a question
Save the reply and request a separate reassessment. Retain, revise or withdraw the earlier question as the evidence warrants. This does not add paid follow-up entitlement.
Before an examiner response or the next fee
Compare supplied examiner communications, agency replies and amended text. Amendment analysis also requires the previous version. This task is separate from the discrete assessment.

Current review uses supplied readable text. It does not perform independent patent searching, provide an FTO opinion or determine patentability, professional negligence, agency intent or money wasted. Candidate wording and legal conclusions require appropriate human review; a report or export does not file an application.
